Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

At Eliorheart Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality personalized and handcrafted items. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

1. Processing Time

We offer two types of products, and the processing time depends on your selection:

• Ready to Ship: These items are in stock and will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

• Made to Order / Personalized: As these pieces are created specifically for you, they require additional production time:

  • DTF T-shirts and Apparel: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Handmade Rugs (Tufting): 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: If your order includes both "Ready to Ship" and "Made to Order" items, the entire package will be shipped together once the made-to-order item is completed.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Once your order leaves our workshop, the estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

• Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your Tracking Number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Addresses & Delivery

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot make changes once the package has been shipped.

• Eliorheart Creations is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the postal service that are subsequently lost or stolen.
